💛 What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel, no new monthly pages will be added to your keepsake.

You will still be able to download your print-ready PDF and access your keepsake video – allowing you to keep, revisit and preserve your story at any time.

We recommend downloading your files and keeping a personal copy for your records.

📦 What do I always receive?

Your keepsake is always delivered as a print-ready PDF and a video version of your story – ensuring your memories are preserved in a format you can revisit over time.

Where available, you may also access a live Canva version of your keepsake, which can include motion and interactive elements.

📖 Can I have a flipbook?

Yes – a digital flipbook is available as an optional extra and can be added from our shop at any time.

🎥 How do the videos I upload work?

You can upload short video moments (up to 30 seconds each) as part of your keepsake.

We then thoughtfully bring these moments together within your keepsake video – allowing your child’s story to be seen, felt and relived over time.

🎥 When do I receive my keepsake video?

Your keepsake grows month by month, and your video is continuously built as part of your story.

At the end of each 24-month capsule, your story forms a complete chapter – captured in a format designed to be kept and revisited over time.

📤 What happens to the photos and files I upload?

Your content is used to carefully create your keepsake.

Once your pages have been finalised, original uploads may be removed from our systems.

Your story is preserved through your print-ready PDF and your keepsake video – allowing your child’s memories to be revisited and cherished for years to come.

🖨️ Can I print my keepsake?

Yes – your print-ready PDF is designed for you to print at any time.

We recommend printing your book every 2 years as a simple way to preserve each stage of your child’s story.

🌱 How does the keepsake grow over time?

Your journey begins with the 0–2 years capsule – the first chapter of your child’s story.

Each capsule is thoughtfully designed as a 24-month chapter, capturing a meaningful stage of their life.

New capsules will be introduced over time, allowing you to continue building their story all the way through to 18 years.

💛 What if I miss a month?

That’s completely okay. This experience is designed to be flexible – you can continue whenever you’re ready. If no content is added for a month, that section may remain empty.

🌿 Do I need to be “perfect” with this?

Not at all. This isn’t about perfect photos or words – it’s about capturing real life, one moment at a time.

⏱️ How much time does this take each month?

Very little 💛 Most parents complete their pages in minutes. This is designed to be simple and gentle – not another task on your to-do list.

🎨 Do I need to be creative?

Not at all. Everything is already designed for you. You simply choose a template, open it in Canva, add your photos and a few words – and we take care of the rest.

📱 Can I use my phone?

Yes 😊 You can complete your pages using your phone, tablet or computer – whatever is easiest for you.

📅 Why do I submit for the month before?

We work one month behind to thoughtfully align your child’s memories with meaningful world events from that same time – creating a keepsake that reflects both their story and the world around them.
