A simple monthly process that turns your memories into a beautiful keepsake – without any design experience needed
✨ Getting started:
1. Create your Canva account (if you don’t have one)

2. Start your keepsake capsule
Subscribe to your monthly membership to create your account and begin your keepsake journey.

3. Choose Your Pages
Go to the Themes in the top menu, choose your theme and topic, then select a template for your moment or event.

4. Open and Edit Your Template
Click on your chosen template – it will open in Canva.
Select “Edit template”, then personalise your page by adding your photos and writing your story.

5. Download Your Pages
Once you’re happy with your design, click the “Share” button in the top right corner of Canva, then select “Download”.
Choose JPG or PDF, then click “Download” to save your pages.

6. Upload to Your Capsule
Go to “Member Uploads” in the top menu, complete the form and upload your pages.

7. We Bring It All Together
Once your pages are uploaded, we carefully transform them into your keepsake – creating a print-ready PDF and a beautifully compiled video version of your story.
Where available, you may also access a live Canva version of your keepsake which can include motion and interactive elements.

8. Watch Your Story Grow
Each month, your capsule grows into a beautiful, lasting story – a keepsake your child will one day treasure forever.

🌱 Your Keepsake Journey
This first capsule captures ages 0–2 – the beginning of your child’s story.

Each keepsake capsule is designed to capture a 24-month period – creating a complete and meaningful chapter of your child’s story.
After each 24-month capsule, a new chapter begins – allowing you to continue building your child’s story as they grow.
As your child grows, we will release new capsules for each stage, allowing you to continue building their story all the way through to 18 years.

Each month, you can include 1 question with 3 answer options (2 incorrect and 1 correct).
